Today, I gave a workshop to an NGO (train the trainers) on how to use Liberating Structures. I used, after negotiating with leaders there:
- Mad Tea (with caveat it can be repurposed into Impromptu Networking)
- Spiral journal
- TRIZ
- Conversation café
- Troika consulting
I also orally explained User Experience Fishbowl and Critical Uncertainties, and did a few other small things like play charades, folding and cutting a piece of paper activity and map annotation to demonstrate other ice breakers.
