Clmooc here we go :)

Estimated reading time: 0 minutes, 41 seconds

I have just signed up for #clmooc and i have no idea yet what’s going on, but i was feeling hungry for a “new” MOOC, and found @tellio & @dogtrax on the facilitation team, and the MOOC is about connecting, so πŸ˜‰ That sounds like a good idea! Looking forward to it…

Hoping also to re-use some “make” ideas from #clmooc in ways i never got round to doing with #ds106 (mainly coz i never got round to doing much in #ds106 but really appreciate the “bank” idea and that participants can add to it not just consume). Alan Levine (@cogdog) blogged more about ht “bank” idea; and Kevin (@dogtrax) blogged about the “you” centredness idea of #clmooc

And may i ask why both these cool dudes have dog-related twitter handles?

It’s 1 am after an exhausting day, so I’ll stop here πŸ™‚

  1. I think it’s great that you’re thinking ahead to ways you can use the CLMOOC experience in the future!

You might be interested in the NWP Radio podcast we made in February, “Bringing CLMOOC Back Home,” where we talked about ways we incorporated our summer learning into our classrooms over the past year. (In my case, this was not always successful, but I learned from my mistakes and will do a better job next year!)
