I love this notion of pedagogical patience – going to share this post in a session with some of our new teaching assistants. Got me thinking that maybe I am a bit too “gracious” at times, I think we all need a bit of an emotional blow out sometimes but as Martha said its recognising , explaining, apologising, reflecting and modelling it that is important.
