Your little plugin says “5 minutes reading time” though I know I have spend at least 5 times e re-reading and thinking about it- thanks for pushing on this. I could talk about stuff I am trying to do to be more cognizant of my privilege, but I am thinking it’s better not to draw attention, and just put it into action in the world.

I’m almost tempted to say “on one hand” is a low threshold. I raise it to at least two hands.

And I have never heard of anything described as being “too inclusive” so we can always work to do better.
