Hi Maha, I just wanted to ask about your comment re Wikipedia “obviously it’s worse because it hides those battles so users only see ONE definitive page – per language, anyway”. If a user logs in and tracks down the talk page, the underlying construction and collaboration can be understood – or at least read – and even contributed to. I know there are lots of issues with Wikipedia and the concentration of contributors, but in my own experience it is possible to contribute i.e. no one is shut out (other than by the struggle to understand the structure and methodology of editing, posting and talking). Am I looking at your comment too superficially?
